Former hunting lodge from 1895. The cottage can accommodate 9 to 10 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is adjoining the owners house. Beautiful castle dating from 1900, located in the heart of Sologne, 2 km from the city center and the train station of the commune of Salbris. Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Charming small cozy apartment for 1 to 4 people, 1st floor, ideally located in the heart of La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, close to the castle. This 38 m2 accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with a small adjoining shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and separate toilet.
