Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Welcome to Carriage House 1840. The carriage house is on the property of one of Historic Downtown Lancaster's oldest homes and only steps away from museums, restaurants and all that downtown Lancaster has to offer. The carriage house was built around 1840 and is the original structure updated with modern luxury amenities. Upon entering the carriage house, you will be met with a fully equipped kitchen and a full private bath, then proceed up the stairs to the loft portion and enjoy your stay.

The Kennedy Cabin, Est. 7/7/77

"Salvaged in Ohio", this extraordinary cabin is located in the quaint village of Rushville, Ohio. Restaurants, shopping, and downtown events are in nearby Lancaster. Hike in the Hocking Hills, check out nearby historical sites, then relax and rejuvenate at the cabin. Rushville is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Featured in the 1991 Fine Home Building magazine, the Kennedy Cabin is built with 90% salvaged local materials. Note: This property is smoke free, no smoking.

Kitchen with new appliances, all bedrooms have new tvs new beds, new fridges. Large lighted free parking area out back 8+ vehicles. Entire house was remodeled and refurnished in the fall/winter of 2021

Altenbrauch Farm - Camping in the Hocking Hills

Located only 8 miles from Hocking Hills State Park, Altenbrauch Farm's 62-acre property features a mix of open fields, small streams, wooded hills and a lonely country road. Within a half-hour drive, there are many opportunities for hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, hunting and fishing, and birding.

The Ledges Cabin at Blue Valley

The Ledges Cabin is a luxury stay that sits on 35 wooded acres filled with sandstone cliffs, caves, flora, and fauna. It has three bedrooms and a pull out couch, a full kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and massive windows with a great view of the Ledges. It also has an eight-seat hot tub, a large deck, firepit, plenty of hiking with beautiful rock outcroppings, and a creek that runs through the middle of the property.

Take it easy at this unique and pet friendly place. The Tired Beagle is a repurposed Dog Grooming business. There is a Queen bed and Futon Bed. The dog wash is available for pets. Located on a working farm in the country, yet a couple miles from Ohio University, you havel 40 acres for nature walks, easy access to town and unique wineries. The Tired Beagle has ample parking and located next to road for quick access.
