Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

House was in great shape and clean. They had everything we needed including washer and dryer. Beds super comfy. Close to stores. Neighborhood flowers on our walks were so beautiful.

Sandra and Ken were responsive and accommodated an early arrival. The space was beautiful and had gorgeous natural lighting throughout. Peaceful and pristine space, perfect for a girls trip. Would definitely stay there again!

I would highly recommend staying here while in Eugene. The house was fantastic and as advertised. The back yard area was my favorite. I was a long-term stay, and the location is close to everything. The communication was awesome from the very beginning and throughout my stay. Thank you to Sarah and her team for making my stay awesome!

We absolutely loved staying here! Our son goes to U of O and it was the perfect place for us to stay. Incredibly comfortable, close to everything and the outdoor fire pit was a great feature! We will definitely stay here again!!

Dwight and crew was responsive. The house was just like the photos. A lot of extra stock it needed. Coffee was extra stocked. Bedrooms were clean and comfy. This was truly a wonderful experience. Unknowingly was perfect distance to where we had to travel every day. To the point, we can wake up and walk. It’s a acquaint nice little home. That suited our needs perfectly. I will say. If you’re over 6 feet tall. Call Dibs on the bottom bedroom lol. I kid, all in all it was a perfect day and experience.

Kris's place is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Eugene. Very comfortable and spacious for a one-night stay. The bathroom was a little dated and oddly configured, but that was very clear from the description.

Great place! Open, large, comfortable living space, with great kitchen and beds. Simple, clean and driveway parking. One of our favorites!

This Airbnb is just as it is described. The neighborhood is lovely and in very close proximity to the University of Oregon campus. The hosts were very responsive and the property had everything we needed. The bed and sofa sleeper were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Exactly as pictured & described, nicely furnished, and extremely clean. The area is peaceful with a couple places easily within walking distance, and the downtown hotspots a short drive away. Full kitchen and comfy beds made this the ideal place to stay for the marathon.

I stayed with a family member who was recovering from a serious surgery - and we really appreciated the accessibility, cleanliness and open space in this apartment. The kitchen and bathroom were easy to navigate, and the shower was great. Katherine was very understanding about my need to adjust our reservation dates, and made it easy. That was much appreciated during a stressful time. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We were traveling with our toddler and baby and I loved that they had a rocking chair in the bed room. I also brought our blackout shades for the windows in the room and I didn’t have to use them which was really nice! My kids loved the bathtub too. Loved the balcony and views and the bridge noise was not loud or disruptive at all. The space was a great size for all of us and we would definitely book again. A few cons but not deal breakers for us was the size of the bed, wish it was at least a queen but the room could definitely fit a king. The code to get inside was also fairly long (10 digits) and was a bit tough to put in when you have your hands full with kids/baby.

A favorite Airbnb in Florence. Perfect for when we head to the coast or a festival at the Florence Event Center. Two bedrooms are more than we need, but it's still very affordable, comfortable and in a perfect location.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home on Lawrence Street in Eugene. The unit was one of four in a beautifully maintained older house, and it had everything we needed — a cozy bedroom, a pull-out couch, a full kitchen, and even a private enclosed porch that made the space feel extra special. The host was incredibly kind and understanding, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The house itself had such a local, lived-in feel — like we were part of the neighborhood. Plus, having restaurants just steps away made everything super convenient. Overall, it was the perfect home base for exploring Eugene. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming spot with character and a great location.

This is a lovely place, we have stayed several times, hope to stay there again. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, modern; the setting is excellent.

Overall this place was great for my needs. I found the secondary website to be able to actually reserve annoying though. If I'm renting through airbnb I would like to only put my info and credit card into airbnbs services. I also found unlocking the door with a app on my phone didnt always work and I'm having to stand in the rain waiting for it to unlock or lock so I can leave. You also can not take a hot shower longer than 10 min before it goes cold. But The bed was super comfortable!! Best part.

I had a pleasant stay at the cottage on Kaimilia Street. The space was spotless, private, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable solo visit. One of the highlights was the peaceful garden, full of blooming flowers and trees—a perfect spot to unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a short walk from local coffee shops and stores. Eugene was only a 20-minute drive away, which made day trips easy and convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet, well-located retreat. Patty and Frank, the hosts, are incredibly kind and maintain their property with great care. They love where they live, which reflects in their attention to the gardens and grounds. They have created their own Pura Vida.
