You have a separate entrance (photo) in the detached house to a 41 m² apartment with bathroom, small bedroom, hallway and spacious living apartment with kitchen incl. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby cot and a high chair are available. The apartment is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). Baker is nearby. You can park on the property free of charge, directly in front of the entrance door.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Modern and child-friendly 3-room holiday apartment in a quiet location in Rochlitz on the 2nd floor with a view of the countryside. Space for up to 6 holiday guests + a baby cot, a large balcony with comfortable furniture, a private parking space, and a cellar compartment for your bicycles. New, fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, radio). New bathroom with a shower-bath and towel warmer. Internet TV, Wi-Fi, non-smoking. Two modern e-scooters can now be rented on site.

The covered patio awaits smokers and non-smokers alike for a breath of fresh air amid a lush garden. A perfect apartment for business trips, or for wandering around in the area. Please note that the patio and the laundry rooms are shared areas.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Spend a quiet time in the attractive small town of Frohburg. All facilities for daily needs are within a maximum of 5 minutes' walk. A fully furnished apartment is offered for your own use. In the immediate vicinity, a nature reserve invites you to take long walks or bike tours. There are also several castles and fortresses, a local recreation area and several lakes nearby.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
