Modern, spacious studio apartment with separate bathroom. A large king-size bed (2 m x 2 m) with high-quality mattresses is available in the sleeping area separated by a room divider. A comfortable living area offers a sleeping place for a third person when pulled out (1.40 m x 2.00 m). The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, and Senseo machine. Attention: Not suitable for people with walking difficulties! Attic, no elevator!

It is located very well for hikes in the Thuringian Forest, but the city center is also easily accessible. The owners are very happy to give tips for excursions and hikes. A longer stay is also possible.
