Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Many towns, beaches and places of interest within an hours drive on quiet roads. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too .

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

It is a small comfortable cottage that offers you a bed for two people, a bathroom, a dining area, a small sitting area, a kitchenette, a very nice terrace with a beautiful view of the garden and beautiful trees. Built in 2010, this small wooden cottage is secluded and very pleasant to stay in. It is within walking distance to the village and its amenities. For a lovely vacation in central Brittany and only 1 hour from all the beaches of our beautiful Breton coasts.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large forest garden. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or grab the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!
