A large living room with kitchen open to a large living room. 50 minutes from Dijon, 1 hour from Troyes, 3 hours from Paris. Highway exits 10 minutes away. All shops within 1 km. Old house refurbished, quietly located in a charming little village. Ideal for family vacations, walks, spa-goers, stopovers, or to live in! Outdoor area with table and garden furniture. Small river at the bottom of the garden Fenced garden except at the river level Special feature of the accommodation that needs to be mentioned: the ceiling height on the ground floor is 2.05 m, quickly hidden thanks to the space.

My place is close to family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends. Nice single-family home, newly renovated, with a veranda and a large balcony, located in a small village on the edge of forests. Relaxation area on the mezzanine. 400 m² enclosed land. free Wi-Fi internet Basic amenities are provided. Optional linens and cleaning.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located on the edge of the forest and 10 min from the thermal park and the city center. Completely renovated house , ideal for families. Fully enclosed garden with BBQ's BBQ's and garden furniture. 2 bikes are available free of charge as well as a bike pump,for your walks. Extra charge 5 euros /person for towels,sheets,tea towels, bath mat.

A charming small detached house with a covered terrace, garden area but not fenced, pellet stove and electric radiators, air conditioning only upstairs, bike room. Ideal for recharging your batteries for families or groups of friends… one bedroom is closed and the other is a mezzanine which means it's not closed, it's on the landing Pets are also allowed.
