Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Harry's Hut is a 10 minute walk from the South West Coastal Path on the rugged North Devon coast, close to the Cornish border. The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

The property can sleep up to 24 people. There is a large picturesque garden with sunloungers and a BBQ, making it the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dinners in the summer with friends and family. There are many nearby attractions and scenery to explore in this beautiful part of the world.

Little Hoops, cosy converted barn

Little Hoops is our cosy converted barn with original beams and underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for a break away at any time. We lovingly restored it with our family a number of years ago and have enjoyed making it a special place to stay, we often joke that it is far nicer than our own home! The barn has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and is close to the local pub, The Crealock Arms. The coast is a 10 min drive away while shops, cafes etc approx 5 mins in a car.

1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the same room). Pretty village location close to popular surfing beaches and short drive to amenities. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

The Den – Countryside Garden Location

Welcome to The Den, tucked away in the privacy of our garden - Offering living/sleeping space and ensuite shower room. With unique original features it includes a double bed, relaxed seating area, and kitchenette area with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and essentials. Although small and compact The Den offers quality accommodation with a crisp and clean minimalist feel.

Blackbird Barn

Blackbird barn is set in rolling Devon countryside within easy reach of Great Torrington, Bideford and Barnstaple. Situated within our grounds the barn is self contained and separate from the main house. The accommodation includes a comfortable and cosy sitting room with dining area, a well equipped kitchen, a downstairs bathroom and a double bedroom upstairs.
