It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. On the way to the Pyrenees and the sea of the Costa Brava. The neighborhood itself has all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets... On the terrace of Picholine, you can enjoy the good French life every season. The house is authentic but has all the comforts. There is always sun by the pool. Bicycles are available to cycle to the cozy center in 5 minutes. Picholine is a small but very complete house with 1 large bedroom. Picholine is always private. Picholine is exclusively for the guests who rent it There is always someone present on the premises. We have a (NL) caretaker couple We are on the outskirts of the village. Wonderfully quiet on a country road. But by bike, you can reach the cozy city center with many terraces and shops in 5 minutes. Bikes are available for our guests. Picholine is easiest to reach by car, but there is also a train station in the village. Once there, the village is very easy to reach by bicycle. Picholine is located on the courtyard together with the other houses. Each terrace has sufficient privacy, no view of another terrace and its own terrace furniture including a dining table, a lounge set, a parasol and a plancha. The swimming pool is shared and is on a different level. There are plenty of sunbeds available. The large loft next to the guest pool is also shared with the other guests, where the mattresses for the sunbeds are located.
