In the heart of the village,near a bus stop, a land of 8000m2, at the foot of the historical ST André .Fortress Facing Avignon and its famous bridge, Villeneuve ,a trypical old provencal place,is ,thanks to its history ,gentle way of life and permanent sun , a privileged location ,,the ideal stay in Provence:less than an hour from the Mt Ventoux , The Lubéron ,the Cévennes, les Baux de Provence , the Camargues , the Mediterranean sea, The Gardon Gorge with canoe-kayak, the famous Rhone Valley wine trail and 10 golf courses The maisonnette is provided with the Internet and TV cable, a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and air con and akitchen with all amenities. Big park inside the property. Guests can be picked up at the TGV station or Avignon Airport. A bus stop for Avignon downtown,a bicycle station, shops and local restaurants at short walking distance. On Thursdays and Saturdays, provencal and wonderful market just near the house.

The Duck Shed, a retreat to explore from.

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

Welcome to this heavenly oasis, haven of peace and serenity, large 300 m3 organic pool, cleaned, swimming from 08/06 to 24/09 pontoon waterfall, exotic plants, new comfortable studio air conditioning, wifi, TV reception, 160 bedding, equipped kitchen, Italian style shower, 300 m2 land, sunbathing, barbecue, plancha, night lighting, no overlook. (soap not provided) cleaning, sheets and towels included. Dogs accepted 15 euros to be paid on the site, many hiking trails from the rental.

Charming and Peaceful house, 5 min from Avignon...

It is a very old little house which was part of the abbey in the Middle Ages. It was the monk ancient independant cell who was in charge of the vegetable garden of the monastery. In order to reach it, you must go through the monumental portal of the monastery in the little street where the workshops of the Chartreuse are located! It is available from April 1st till October 31st (during winter, the guests travel themselves to discover the world with Airbnb. fr of course!)

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Gite Le Mas du Castellas 5*

For rent, 50 m2 cottage located in the Thor countryside. The loft-style accommodation is located in a quiet farmhouse, and is completely independent. In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.
