My cottage in Pélasque ***

Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, the RGA, with many outdoor activities and places of interest nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village, 5 minutes by car, I can book you a table there.

My place is close to public transport, beach and nightlife. Tram stop is just downstairs, two stops from the Old Town; train station is less than 10 minutes walk away. (Perfect to go to Monaco or Cannes), 2 minutes walk from big supermarket. Free parking downstairs or in a street very close by, private parking in the square. 5 minutes walk from Acropolis and Palais des Expositions (for conferences & conventions). The apartment has a great location and ambience.

My accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house, on two levels, in the center of the village. Full south, not overlooked, Parking nearby. The village opens its Mercantour hikes to you. Dogs allowed, notify. Dinners on request, served on site. Everything is included: sheets, towels, linen, and breakfast available on the first day. House Rules, Inventory on departure. Two double bedrooms are available, both with their own bathroom. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.

The accommodation is renovated (May 2020). It consists of a kitchen area open to the living room, which opens onto a charming balcony. There is also a shower room with towel dryer and washing machine. The toilet is separate. Finally, there is a small bedroom. Please note, to access the bed, you need to climb a few steps.
