Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. Charming 43 m² duplex in the heart of the village of Belvédère, cosy and bright. On the 3rd floor of a village house. Beautiful sunny terrace. 2 bedrooms, one upstairs, the second with a small sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and double basin. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine). Sheets and towels provided. PLEASE read the listing carefully regarding accessibility (stairs to climb).

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin in the middle of the trees, in a cool and quiet location between my house and a caravan on the GR 51. You can do your old-fashioned toilet with toilet and water jar or you have behind the cabin a cold outdoor shower with water reserve. There's no kitchen in the cabin. Option for breakfast delivered in a basket to the front of your cabin 6€/pers and evening basket 15€ per person or tables d 'hôtes 24€ by reservation payment only in cash.

A cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed covered with a soft, dark throw. Two decorative pillows are placed at the head of the bed. Wall sconces provide gentle lighting, illuminating the colorful tiled floor and the muted yellow walls.

On the first floor of a village house, with shops and restaurants nearby, within walking distance. For two people only. (Too small to accept pets) Small cocooning with good bedding, sheets and towels provided and drinks available. Ideal for exploring the Gordolasque Valley (Nice Refuge / Merveilles Refuge) and for other walks in Vésubie/Valdeblore.

My cottage in Pélasque ***

Fully equipped air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and its beaches, in the Vésubie Valley, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, the Route des Grands Alpes, with many outdoor activities and sites of interest nearby. You have a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village 5 minutes drive away, I can book you a table there.

Charming and comfortable house surrounded by nature. For those who love peace and quiet and the countryside. Swing, hammock, bowls, table tennis table, books and board games. It is accessible on foot via a 50 m concrete path with about thirty steps at the end. Large plot of land with olive and chestnut trees, just 30 minutes from Nice and its beaches!
