beau logement à côté de supermarché à 5 min , cagliari a 20 min , logement neuf avec de beaux équipements il y avait tous ce qui fallait et place de parking privé. Hôte très gentil qui nous a offerts produits locaux .

Breve soggiorno in famiglia con tutti i comfort per vivere una vacanza rilassata. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere sia Cagliari che le spiagge. Comodo a supermercati e ristoranti. Host estremamente proattivo nelle risposte e si è davvero preso cura di noi! Torneremo!

Our stay in Cagliari was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredibly central location of our accommodation. Being right in the heart of the city made it so easy to explore all the top tourist spots without any hassle. The convenience of the location truly enhanced our trip. The host was exceptional—extremely welcoming, attentive and responsive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delightful Sardinian treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, the host remained incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all our needs and queries. We were especially grateful for the flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Despite our early landing, the host kindly arranged an early check-in, and when one of our group fell ill, he graciously allowed a late checkout, ensuring we were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, and we left Cagliari extremely happy 😁

Le séjour était parfait. La Sardaigne est magnifique, pleine d'histoire, de plages et de belles montagnes. L'appartement proposé est très grand, propre, bien équipé et beau. L'hote est très gentille, accessible et flexible. Le quartier est vivant avec beaucoup de restos, cafés et commodités. Il y a assez peu de touristes donc on passe le séjour avec les sardes et les prix sont très abordables. La plage est à une vingtaine de minutes à pied. Rien à dire.

Un petit sejour expess mais tout était parfait, le propriétaire est vraiment très acceuillant il nous a donné pleins de bons tuyaux pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Tout était préparé avec soin et le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Piacevoli attenzioni e dettagli per rendere il soggiorno gradevole. Abitazione fedele alla descrizione e comunicazioni con l’host persino oltre il necessario (ovviamente gradito), disponibilissima e proattiva.

Hôtes très accueillants, logement à 3 kms d'une belle plage. La Costa del rei est très belle et tranquille. Nous recommandons !

Daniele e la moglie Serena sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa : accoglienti e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Ci hanno fornito parecchie indicazioni utili sia sui ristoranti di Cagliari che sui luoghi più belli da visitare. Non potremmo segnalare veramente nulla di negativo ma solo ringraziare Daniele e Serena per averci permesso un soggiorno così piacevole. Speriamo di poter tornare. Maria e Roberto

Appartamento completo di tutto e ristrutturato con gusto di recente. Sono stato accolto con dolci di pasticceria, frutta fresca e tutto il necessario per la colazione, Valerio gentilissimo. Tutto perfetto.

Wir waren 3 Familien von Freunden in dem Haus von Géraldine, Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und gemütlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt:) Die Kommunikation mit Géraldine war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, sie war immer da wenn wir sie gebraucht haben! Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen! Das kleine, urige Haus befindet sich im Örtchen Mogorella im Landesinneren, etwa eine halbe Stunde vom Meer entfernt. Es ist im Innern richtig schön hergerichtet worden, besonders Küche und Wohnzimmer sind klasse. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In Mogorella selbst gibt es außer einem kleinen Supermarkt wenige Meter entfernt nichts, allerdings ist man in etwa einer halben Stunde sowohl am Meer als auch an einer der bedeutendsten Nuraghenanlage Sardiniens.

Vue magnifique avec lever de soleil si on est un peu matinal! La maison est parfaitement équipée comme chez soi! La piscine est très agréable quand il fait chaud! Anna et Elisabeta sont très accueillantes, disponibles et réactives Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

Ottimo soggiorno grazie al comfort offerto dall'alloggio. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che poteva servire al nostro arrivo. Host molto gentile e organizzata che ha fornito consigli utili pee il nostro soggiorno a Bari Sardo e dintorni. Ci siamo sentiti da subito come a casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Samassi per motivi familiari e con una bambina di un anno. L’host Eleonora ci ha fornito chiare istruzioni su come arrivare all’appartamento, e una volta entrati abbiamo trovato un’ottima accoglienza con cialde di caffè, cappuccino, occorrente per la colazione e acqua. La casa era piccola ma confortevole e con tutto il necessario, inclusa la culla da campeggio per la bimba. Presenti lavatrice e asciugatrice che non abbiamo avuto la necessità di usare ma che sarebbero sicuramente stati molto utili nel caso di un soggiorno più lungo. Pulitissima, ordinata e in una posizione facilmente accessibile e silenziosa. Un grazie speciale a Eleonora che è stata gentilissima, disponibile e molto presente durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Ci vedremo presto sicuramente 😊

Davide è stato una bravissima persona ,educato ,è la casa corrisponde alla descrizione,disponibile e molto flessibile per il check in ,molto apprezzato i volantini turistici e cartina della Sardegna è un Pdf riassuntivo su informazioni utili di vario genere dove andare come fare la raccolta differenziata tutto molto semplice. La casa è dotata di buona connesione internet ,TV microonde, forno piano cottura posate piatti ecc..,Frigo Lavatrice asciugatrice stendino, Phon e ferro da stiro ,2 ventilatori x le 2 stanze da letto,insomma tutto l'essenziale per vivere persino biancheria per il letto e asciugamani. Anche se è al 3 piano senza ascensore ha un pregio che è ventilato e con i ventilatori si dorme bene è non è stato in problema per 4 persone (2 adulti è 2 bimbi).per il resto lo consiglio a tutti mi sono trovato bene alla prossima.

Great place to stay. Host was very responsive and flexible with check in/out. Very communicative- We stayed during a festival and was warned ahead of time that it would be crowded and how to avoid that when arriving. Exactly like we expected and it was easy to walk to public transportation.

La casa di Fabrizio è pulitissima, mobili nuovi, materassi comodi, elettrodomestici efficienti, ottimamente equipaggiata sia in cucina che in bagno. Comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile. Il paese di Uta è situato vicino a strade di comunicazione veloci ed è dotato di supermercati forniti di tutto. Fabrizio è un ottimo host.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in einer Top-Lage, die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Restaurant) in der Nähe. Wir können diese Wohnung mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen ! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

The view from the spacious balcony is even better than the pictures and we spent most of of time there! There were some issues with water in the village, which meant we couldn't use the hottub, however this was completely out of the host's control. The apartment was absolutely spotless and the host has carefully thought through everything you need, including beach towels, some refreshments and beach umbrellas. It took us a while to get used to all of the mod-cons, and couldn't get the air-conditioning to work, despite the hosts coming straight over and trying to fix it - not an issue for us, but could be an issue in the summer. The location is great, a small uphill walk to the town and parking outside the front gate. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive and we would highly recommend this apartment.
