Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lapeer County

I loved my stay, when I was in a pinch and needed a place to enjoy time with my children for the Holiday and The Hotels weren’t available I decided to try for my Very FIRST time AirBnB and low an Behold this beautiful cozy place was there!! It’s so warm and calming, that says a lot for an Air Force guy coming home who hasn’t seen home in a year. So yeah I highly encourage and recommend this home to anyone and everyone going to Imlay City, I definitely will always use this place again! Thank for having this little Gem!

We loved the historic Holland House in Lapeer. The beds were comfortable and the half bath in the King bedroom was a great convenience. The house is charming and cozy. Brandon has a lovely coffee bar that includes specialty teas and hot chocolate. Nice soaps, body lotion and lovely guest towels made us feel like pampered guests. As an alternative to a hotel room, Brandon's place is hands-down superior. We felt "at home" in the best possible way - as though we were VIP guests. No problems with wifi or streaming. We would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay! Beautiful farm and farmhouse. I didn’t realize there would be animals to visit so it was an added bonus when we got there and were able to see all the animals!

Great location for my family's needs for the weekend. Lots of space for the entire crew. Great house and scenery! Absolutely would stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you!

Tiffany was an ideal host. She gave clear instructions and was very responsive. The place was actually nicer than it appeared in pictures. The gas station across the street was perfect for grabbing something quick to drink or ice for our ice chest when leaving. We really enjoyed our stay, the cute town the home was in and how easy it was to get to all the towns we wanted to visit.

This was a great place to stay in the Lapeer area. It is in a central location and the price is great especially if traveling with pets. It met needs for the trip.

Melissa has a beautiful working farm, she is charming, and so sweet. I would stay there again if I had to be in that area. I went to a wedding nearby so it worked very well for me. She gave me a tour of her whole farm. I had a great time hearing about the interesting history of her home.

Had a great stay, dog friendly and super clean. We only really slept there so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but wished we could! Across the street from a very nice winery and close to shopping. Had a very nice experience overall.

This was our serving day stay here and once again we were completely happy with our stay. So much so we’ve always booked for our 3rd yr!!! Love the location, easy to walk to so many areas of town. Coffee just down in the street and Tiffanys right next door for dinner. The balcony is a fanatic feature. I don’t think we could have asked for more.

Our stay at Laura's Alpha flat was short but so lovely! The neighborhood is very nice and convenient to restaurants, etc. We appreciate all the effort and thoughtfulness that has gone into this Airbnb. The beds were super comfy and the space was spotlessly clean, very spacious and well stocked with everything we could possibly need.

We had a pleasant stay, just a couple small quirks to the place we didn't anticipate, maybe I didn't read the listing close enough, but host was responsive and friendly. Perks were it's a spacious stay and has a comfortable bed. TV and fireplace are nice. Quirks are is a first floor apartment complex with a tenant above and there were banging noises above that kept waking us up. Host responded they'd ask the neighbor to keep down the noise, a great option, however the noise kept happening seemingly every time we tried to sleep. Bath towels are located under the bed in a plastic drawer, which isn't correct from the description given "in dresser" and there were no towels in the bathroom initially, which really confused us. The shower is well water based and has a horrible odor, not much the host can do about this but it made showering quite uncomfortable. I still rated 5 stars due to these being minor quirks, overall the stay was peaceful.

We always stay at one of Adam’s place when we are visiting my family in Michigan. The apartments are clean and have many amenities. Quiet area and lots to do around. Close to many major shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was very well furnished and comfy. The bathrooms were clean! Great walking distance to downtown Rochester. Will definitely stay there again!!

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

The herald was such a chic condo with lots of character. The layout and interior design of the space was perfection. I highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Holly.

Aaron's place was perfect for a long weekend stay in Milford! I have family in the area, which was so convenient for daytime meet-ups, and very nice to have a quiet place to retire for the evening. Overall, super thankful we found his place!

I will definitely be booking again. The unit was so beautifully decorated and clean. So many different places to go in the immediate area. Taz was very responsive with any questions I had. Everything I needed was already there. It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay.!

First thing first. Wow…. This is definitely a hidden GEM. The view from the balcony was amazing. As my family and I walked in it gave a cozy welcoming feeling. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The living room was/ Family room was very nice with vaulted ceilings. As the master suits upstairs it has an overview of the living room that is awesome. I recommend this private getaway GEM for any type of traveler. I will definitely be renting from them in the near future. Side note. Parking is right in front of the property so you don’t have a crazy walk to your rental. It is located on the 2nd floor, but well worth taking the walk up the stairs.

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.
