Holiday rentals with a patio in Lapeer County

This host was excellent and the place was nicely updated and fancy. I would definitely stay here again.

Can’t say enough about George’s place and George himself. I’ve never had such an accommodating air bnb host. George was incredibly responsive and willing to help no matter what the request was! He was even kind enough to provide additional amenities for our young kids (high chair, yard toys, etc.). The use of George’s swing set and trampoline was great for our kids, too. It felt like we had a whole outdoor play land to ourselves. We felt safe and at home the entire time here, which is more than we could have asked for. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Dixie is a really friendly, kind, and helpful host. The home is in a very beautiful, peaceful location next to a river with plenty of places to walk and eat. A really cute town! We were very comfortable here and it was nice to be able to have our little dog with us :)

The best airbnb money can buy if you ever find yourself in Yale. CJ is responsive and informative, the unit is cozy (as advertised!), and the amenities are amazing!

Very cute place in a great location. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable bed and spotless. We didn’t spend much time here as we only stayed a night but would have been great for a longer stay

Great stay!!! Beautifully furnished and every little detail has been thought of. We were 2 couples traveling together so the Murphy bed was used, loved the privacy curtain - such a great idea to separate the space. Awesome outdoor sitting area that can be used when the weather is nice. We really appreciated the high quality bath towels, complimentary toiletries and coffee/tea, even a hand written note and treat bag from the hosts! We will definitely book again if we are visiting the area.

Kyle’s place was a great option for my cousins and I to stay! Very clean, and Kyle was a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here e:)

This was a great apartment to stay in for our trip to Rochester! It was perfect for a small family and had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was a good distance to wherever you needed to go. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

This was the perfect place for our weekend. The house was great and everything was very easy.

Thomas and Daniel were fantastic, flexible, very quick to respond, accommodate, and so nice. The place is a cozy and adorable spot. We extended our stay multiple times. Close to downtown. It’s in a quiet area. It’s fully equipped with things you need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I would recommend to anyone.

The house worth what we paid for. I really liked the house and the location and the access into the property was very easy. The area is beautiful and safe. We’re going back in the summer. Thank you so much Fadi for your services and your kindness. We really appreciate your hospitality.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

This home was cozy and convenient. Stayed here with a 4 year old and 18 month old, there is a playground within walking distance of the home. A quick drive to multiple family friendly entertainment options. Both kids enjoyed the wildlife that came up to the bird feeders by the house. We also really appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The house is clean and comfortable and full of thoughtful details. It’s decorated in an eclectic and fun way. We appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations as they gave us a bit of home while away.

I will definitely be booking again. The unit was so beautifully decorated and clean. So many different places to go in the immediate area. Taz was very responsive with any questions I had. Everything I needed was already there. It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay.!

First thing first. Wow…. This is definitely a hidden GEM. The view from the balcony was amazing. As my family and I walked in it gave a cozy welcoming feeling. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The living room was/ Family room was very nice with vaulted ceilings. As the master suits upstairs it has an overview of the living room that is awesome. I recommend this private getaway GEM for any type of traveler. I will definitely be renting from them in the near future. Side note. Parking is right in front of the property so you don’t have a crazy walk to your rental. It is located on the 2nd floor, but well worth taking the walk up the stairs.

We really really enjoyed staying at Bob’s apartment. It was perfectly located for us, as well as generally being very near to all amenities locally. It was quiet and pretty. It was much larger than we thought and we found it very comfortable. Considering we were there for a month it couldn’t have been more perfect to be honest. Kitchen was great and everything we needed was available

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

I stayed here for work, it was five minutes from my job and easily accessible to all major roads. Grocery store around the corner to get groceries the complex is clean, quiet, and cozy.

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.
