Located in the wooded garden of our house with stunning views of the canal bridge, Jasmin district. 
Close to the train station and the city center (10 min walk). Garage available for bikes. 20 m² studio equipped with reversible air conditioning, bed, connected TV, desk and folding table. Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.

Our accommodation called "Le Bruilhois" is located in the beautiful village of Aubiac, very warm and colorful, quiet, whether you are 2 or more, for one night or more, very well located 4 km from the exit of Autoroute et agen, 20 km from Gers, 20 minutes from Nérac, 5 minutes from Walibi, region rich in heritage and gastronomy. 11th century Romanesque church and family castle restored to reception rooms very popular for hosting seminars and wedding receptions. Looking forward to welcoming you to Aubiac.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Our 170 m² house offers large living spaces and 3000 m² of land with swimming pool, barbecue and plancha. The construction and decoration, inspired by the architecture of the country, is mainly made from organic materials (sheep wool, hemp, natural pigments...). It offers many amenities.

For a stopover, a break, make yourself comfortable in this unique and tranquil place. Consisting of a bedroom with office and sitting area, a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. Private toilet and shower room. Possibility of access to the pool in summer, in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast possible by reservation and depending on availability. (bread, 1 pastry per person, a hot drink, a fruit juice, homemade jam) €9 per person.

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Located close to the historic center of Agen, this small house will provide you with all the comforts you need for your stay. On two levels, a living room/kitchen of 15 m2 on the ground floor and a bedroom with shower room and separate toilet of 15 m2 as well. A stone's throw from the city center, you can enjoy all the shops (restaurants, bars, shops, etc.) Private parking space behind the house.
