Puhtaaseen järviveteen pääsee pulahtamaan vain 20 metrin päässä talosta. Ranta on lapsiystävällinen ja suuntautuu etelään. Pihapiiri on helppo kulkuinen ja siinä on hyvin paikoitustilaa.
