The location was convenient in Santa Rosa both for the Snoopy museum and go around in Healdsburg or in Bodega Bay. Cynthia was great in her communication and the place was clean, convenient and we liked the clean hot-tub.

This was the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. The hosts were kind, responsive, and clear. We used the Airbnb as a base for our family reunion. Very infant and toddler friendly (second floor laundry, kids toys, high chairs/cribs, locked gate to pool area, net covering pond). The main floor bedroom was great for my 97 year-old grandmother who can't do stairs. They are very clear on the sound ordinance and quiet hours from 9pm-7am, so consider avoiding if you are with a loud, party group. The location is very suburban, which was great for a family trip and we had rental cars, but avoid if you are looking for nightlife. The kitchen was stocked with equipment and there was ample toiletries and linens (rarely the case at Airbnbs!). The hot tub is a great feature, the grill and outdoor furniture is high quality, and the pool towels and blankets are a nice bonus!

We have stayed here several times and each time we stay we congratulate ourselves for finding such a nice place to stay for our regular wine country visits. Mark and MeL are always very responsive and maybe the best hosts we have ever met.
