Charming fisherman's house, authentic and recently renovated. Beautifully well located just on the st cado port. Peaceful. Pleasant and functional house to accommodate several families. Close to the beach, it is possible to walk there. Jacques is very welcoming , we even had homemade crepes!

Very pleasant cottage, quiet and close to the coastal path that runs along the Ria d 'Etel. Shops are a 5-minute drive away. 20-30 minutes by car, you can access Quiberon, Auray, Carnac and even Vannes. Guy was friendly and advised us about the area and restaurants. In short, we recommend this rental because we only missed the sun!

Clément is a very responsive host. The accommodation is ideally located a 10-minute walk from the center and well equipped, nothing to say except that we will be happy to come back!

Ideally located in the beautiful city of Lorient. Easy to access. The dilapidated common areas is quickly forgotten when we enter the apartment very well arranged and fully equipped. Fully enclosed balcony, ideal for the safety of young children. The kids were delighted to find a whole bunch of toys and books. I recommend it!

Very nice apartment with a large living room overlooking the terrace. The apartment is cozy and well arranged. The beautiful view gives it even more character! Very comfortable rooms and bedding. A wonderful week with family at Jean Michel and Marie's place. Everything is there to feel good. The house is impeccable, perfectly equipped, very well arranged and the beds are good. The location is ideal with the waterfront right in front of the house and the city center a 2-minute walk away. Thank you Marie for being there when we arrived and for these lovely touches! We loved Etel and will be back soon we hope!

Our stay with friends was perfect, the house was ideal and everyone had their privacy. The peninsula is beautiful, first stay in Brittany, to be redone. The accommodation facing the sea , almost foot in the water, offers a peaceful and refreshing environment. I recommend it and my friends too

Very nice family home for a stay with several people, with beautiful decoration. The game room is great for kids as well as the large garden. The house is close to amenities and downtown Auray.

Very nice cottage, bright and tastefully furnished as well as a very good level of equipment and especially the kitchen. The atmosphere of the large living room invites you to rest, conviviality and cocooning, the stove is a real plus! Possibilities of walking from the house. We felt “at home.”

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

Accommodation that meets our expectations despite a slightly aging, quiet house. The concierge is at the top, very kind, welcoming responsive and giving tips for visits to do.
