Jon was a great host and supplied everything we needed, also really quick to answer any questions. The place was amazing and in great condition, really nice rural location with plenty of towns to explore nearby for day trips. We had a lovely week and a half staying there and exploring the local area! The house has everything you need and the pool table, swimming pool & BBQ are perfect for relaxing days staying in and enjoying the sunshine! Thanks Jon!

It was an unforgettable vacation! Villa with a stunning view in complete unity with nature and at the same time 5 minutes drive to the city. Excellent covered terrace with a swimming pool allows you to enjoy nature, silence and fresh air even in rainy weather. The hosts were very responsive and ready to help. We had a lovely stay in this place. It is clean, comfortable, well located, close enough and with everything you need. Xavier was friendly and accommodating for arrivals and departures in particular. We would recommend this listing!

One week stay during the Toussaint 2024 holidays with 2 adults + 3 children. Old house with 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs (+billiards and foosball!), and on the living room ground floor +kitchen+1 other bathroom/wc. For 5 very comfortable with lots of space and just what you need in terms of furnishings. The house was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. Didn't get a chance at this time to go into the garden or use the pool. Possibility to park the car (minivan 7pl) in the small courtyard in front of the house. Possibility to walk to town from the house + with the car quite a few sites to visit within 45 minutes. José is very proactive in making sure everything goes smoothly.

A real breath of fresh air in a beautiful house, perfect for a weekend with friends and family. The setting is peaceful, the ideal location, and everything is designed to make you feel good. Florence is a lovely host, attentive and always available. It felt like home there… and we already want to come back!

Very good villa in a quite location near Sarlat centre. A little too far to walk to the town centre (steep narrow roads), however Emmanuelle gave us directions to a free car park which was only 2 minutes from the villa and only a 5 minute walk to town. The villa is equipped with a good range of facilities, including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery/cooking pans. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities and one with only a bath, which was a little inconvenient as the toilet was outside the room. There is a good gas fired barbeque at the front of the villa with comfortable outside dining facilities. The pool area is very nice and secluded. It has good quality sun loungers and a couple of easy chairs under a gazebo. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool during our visit, however it should be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everyone had a great time.

We stayed as a family in this spacious, well-decorated home. The billiards table, the table tennis table, the different lounges (there were 10 of us), the large grounds were well appreciated by all. Dominique is a very friendly, attentive and responsive host. We had a great time. I would highly recommend it

very pleasant holiday in Sarlat. the accommodation is well thought out, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and the large garden despite cool temperatures. our children loved finding books and swinging. Sylvie is very responsive. i recommend it.

very nice little cottage with everything you need in the cabinets. We appreciated that the beds were made and Emeline's sympathy as well as her availability. We recommend this cozy little quiet nest in the countryside while being close to local shops, appreciated, in short we'll be back with pleasure

We had a great time at Anne Sophie and Vincent's lovely cottage. The house is very pleasant, very clean, comfortable, perfectly equipped, and tastefully decorated. The setting is perfect for relaxing in peace, and close to many walks, the lake, and sights. We were very well hosted by Anne Sophie who was very accommodating on schedules. Thank you so much for the little check-in touches. We'll be happy to go back!

We spent 5 days (with our two teenagers) very nice in this beautiful house that has everything from the family home. It is located quietly but 5 mins from the village of Montpezat and close to the visits we had scheduled . Our hosts have been discreet but responsive to each request. The pool was welcome .

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very beautiful swimming pool due to capricious weather, but enjoyed the many quality appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

We had a great time at Caroline's cottage. They are very welcoming hosts who also open the doors of their farm to make us meet the different animals present on site. Thanks to them for their hospitality and time.

Perfect for a holiday with friends with little ones. Everyone has their own privacy with the bedrooms at each end of the house and their own bathroom and toilet.

Lovely gîte in beautiful setting with fantastic outside spaces. Superb pool with beautiful views towards Sarlat. Wonderfully equipped accommodation with everything you could need. It was lovely to turn up and have the beds made and not have to shop for any of the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc. Katie was a wonderful host, with a great knowledge of the area. She provided an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a great time! Christelle had the extreme kindness of offering us a hazelnut cake made by her (recipe available in the accommodation manual) the accommodation is functional very well equipped there is everything it does to cook clean etc... The house is clean located in a quiet area with a lot of greenery We were able to enjoy the pool (toilets are available outside very convenient for children) there is a great acrobranch right next to the house and we are 5 min from Sarlat (with charging station for electric cars) Thank you again for your hospitality On our next extended weekends we will come back without hesitation if available

We had a great time in this house, we were 5 adults and a baby. We were able to benefit from all the baby amenities on site, which is an undeniable plus. This house is ideally located, only 10 minutes from Cahors and especially in a green and quiet space. You can enjoy the terrace in peace with its barbecue and garden lounges, ideal for young and... very small. The cleanliness of the place has no criticism. As for the hosts, they are at your fingertips and make your arrival and departure much easier, a big thank you to them. I would highly recommend this property.

We just spent a week of pure relaxation. Extremely pleasant cottage where we are alone in the world with everything to spend a beautiful holiday, swimming pool, jacuzzi, walk in the private park, etc...
