Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

This is the perfect base from which to discover Burgundy's historical, architectural and gastronomic riches. The house is located about 30 min east of Chablis and 15 min from Les Riceys and about 1 hour from Auxerre, Dijon and Troyes. We are between Crémant and Champagne. It is also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence, ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay, the bird conservatory and hiking.

"Lovers' Nest" is the ideal place for couples seeking relaxation and zen. This fully renovated 70 m2 house has been furnished and decorated in natural shades and materials by a decor addict. This cozy cocoon is the perfect place to meet as a couple and have a good time together. Hello everyone and welcome to this charming, fully renovated townhouse. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, the equipped kitchen, the living room as well as a toilet. You will also find a small outdoor courtyard where you can have your meals. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with two double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, you will also have upstairs a bright bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet.
