Our cleaning includes sanitizing and disinfecting of everything because everything is wiped down with Lysol. "PLEASE NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES OR WEED INSIDE MY HOUSE." There's a nice sized kitchen equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, stove/oven, refrigerator, pot/pans, cups, plates and so forth. There is a washer and dryer. We do have HI Speed Internet for our large screen Smart TV.
