Huge terrace apartment near the train station

This large, friendly apartment offers plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay. From here you are immediately in the countryside by foot or by bike, but Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate vicinity. Bakery, bus station and train station are only 3 minutes walk. Trains take you to the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" begins with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

The apartment is located on a hillside location with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are in a hanging location, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise, hardly a car drives directly past the house as we are the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac.
