Welcome to our small house 5 minutes from Die with a beautiful view of the Diois and the Drôme Valley, at the foot of the Vercors, with independent access and a south-facing terrace. Here, you can enjoy the charm of Diois, the river and the nearby mountains. Depending on the season, hiking, climbing, mountain biking or swimming and relaxing in front of beautiful landscapes are available to you. Access to the river is a few minutes by car or bike.

Relax in this quiet and neat accommodation. Large refurbished studio, overlooking the garden and the Vercors massif. Independent entrance from my home. At the foot of the Vercors Sud, 8 km from Die where the train station is located, as well as all the shops. Ideal for hiking or biking. Swimming nearby. Shaded terrace for outdoor dining. Completely renovated and equipped accommodation in an old house in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Benoit-en-Diois, classified as historic thanks to its 12th century church. Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and has a private indoor pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, so you can relax in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior design brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

La Gardabelle Gîte in the Diois Country, Drôme

We will be happy to welcome you to a village house on 2 levels (1st, 2nd), combining modern comfort and the charm of antique objects. Under the Glandasse mountain, start of walks or hikes through the vineyards, Noyers, or in the mountains. 45 m² cottage/furnished tourist accommodation: 3 stars for 4 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Beds are made on arrival, towels included, as well as the big departure cleaning.

Located on the ground floor, this accommodation is perfect for a quiet stay. Indeed, just 5 minutes from the city center by bike (on loan with basket and padlock), on the edge of the forest, the house is located in an exceptional natural environment, with unobstructed views of Die and its mountains! We will be happy to meet you and advise you on the various activities in the area (swimming, hiking from our home... etc.).

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

La Grange au Lac Azur: the studio (with sleeping area)

Studio with sleeping area and real kitchen, refurbished in 2025. 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort (Gresse en Vercors). Very quiet environment, many hikes (Himalayan footbridges) and water activities.
