Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Laval

We had a lovely stay at this quiet, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. The bedding is of very good quality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal: close to the city center, restaurants and a bakery. Everything is together for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We recommend it without hesitation!

This place is flawless. Both for its location where you combine the heart of the city and calm and for its impeccable cleanliness and its layout/equipment. Cécile and Arnaud responded to all our requests quickly and sympathetically. We can only recommend the place.

The space was very clean and nice. Tastefully decorated! We had a pleasant stay at Martin's. He's very responsive. The apartment is in the heart of Vitré which makes it possible to do everything on foot. The property is located in a small peaceful square. No noise at night despite a central location. We were with a baby we had a crib available and after interacting with Martin he provided us with a high chair (thank you +++). I recommend this place without a second thought.

It was a very short stay, but I would have liked to extend if I had been able to work remotely. The apartment is perfectly located and locatable. The key system made it easy to access the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect, cozy, useful, just what it takes to relax after a very long day of work. A huge thank you to Valerie and I hope to return soon to Vitré with the companion to really explore the city.

Very nice little studio very bright, nicely decorated and functional, the parking space is a major asset for this studio because finding a place to park in Vitré is a galley.....the terrace is a little plus with an exceptional view of the Château 🤩 Laura responds kindly to each message ,I keep this address for my next visits to Vitré 👍

We had a great time in this pleasant, quiet and ideally located apartment, despite the proximity to the street. The indoor temperature was perfect, providing comfortable warmth. The small bakery nearby is an appreciable asset for morning croissants. We did not use the dishwasher as there were not enough cutlery and dishes to fill it. With more complete dishware equipment, it would be more convenient to use it at the end of your stay when it's full. However, washing two plates and two cutlery by hand is not an issue .

Perfect stay with friends with kids. The garden was very nice and ideally equipped for children (treehouse, trampoline and large green space). The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The environment is quiet and peaceful for beautiful and long nights of sleep! Thanks again!

Insulation of the studio is very efficient. The kitchen area is modest, nevertheless has the essentials with nice dishes. The proximity to the train station is not an inconvenience. Arnaud's welcome was kind. I recommend this cocooning space with its thoughtful little amenities (books, decor, flyers, kitchen basics).

Reservation for one month. Great location, parking spot is a plus. Bright, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended. Communication with the host is very good. Only small negative point; the insulation of the bay window in the living room, we hear everything outside but not inconvenient in the bedroom.
