i stayed at Vincent's place for two nights. No worries, everything went well. little extra for access to the courtyard with sunny rest area.

pleasant stay, clean and nicely decorated accommodation, with a nice terrace area. Close to the city center on foot. I recommend it, good value for money.

Ideal location for our stay, house in excellent condition, tastefully renovated,matches the photos, a cooconing impression! Self check-in with lockbox . Quiet house despite the proximity to the road, well insulated, excellent heating. Many shops are within walking distance. Fully enclosed outdoor space, friendly on sunny days! I recommend this rental without hesitation!

Great stay in Laval. Clean accommodation and consistent with the photos, the very pretty terrace even with rainy weather, a little extra charm;). Quiet place, much appreciated. We went to the market on Saturday morning, very convenient to be able to walk there and very nice. Hosts are very responsive when you write to them or ask questions, so you can trust guests. I would highly recommend it
