The house also has a private beach that belongs to the housing estate. You can reach it in 2 minutes. Ponte Tresa, a border town on Lake Lugano with many shops, bars, restaurants and boutiques. On Saturdays there is the traditional market with many stalls with everything your heart desires. The Swiss border is 3 km away and Lugano is 12 km away. Lake Maggiore and Luino can be reached in 15 minutes. The market is always in Luino on Wednesdays.
