Large balcony terrace with 180-degree unobstructed view, round barbecue on site, table, chairs. Towels and Wi-Fi are provided. Swimming pool for an additional twenty euros in the afternoon from 2 pm to 7 pm.

Forget your worries in our spacious and bright house located on a wooded garden. You will occupy the 1st floor, the ground floor being the offices where we work during the week. With private parking, we are a 10-min walk from all amenities (bakery, bar-tobacconist, restaurants, pharmacy...). Central location: Gorges de l'Ardèche (about 30 minutes), Mont-Gerbier de Jonc and the source of the Loire (about 45 minutes), Montélimar (30 minutes) and the pretty villages of Coiron (15 minutes)

Sheets, Bath Towels/Pool Towels, Gloves and Tea Towels are not provided. We live there (but very discreet for the well-being of our tenants)

Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. Ideally located to discover all the tourist attractions of Ardèche. As residents on site, we like to welcome our guests ourselves.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine.
