This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Le shubunkin - Small cozy cottage with the owner

Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. Ideally located to discover all the tourist attractions of Ardèche. As residents on site, we like to welcome our guests ourselves.

This old house, located in a quiet area of the small village of Lavilledieu, 10 minutes from the first spots of descent of the Ardèche. Go for a walk, a nice river is a 10-minute walk away. You can also visit our horses and Bredis right next door. The private garden of about 300 m² with a pizza oven, barbecue and petanque court. A swimming pool is available in summer. You will find all the local shops just 10 minutes away on foot or 2 minutes by car.

Our priority: your comfort during your tourist or professional getaways. We are at your disposal to make your stays as pleasant as possible. Located near shops (400 m), the city center (1.5 km) of the hospital, the IFSI (800 m). At the junction of the main and tourist roads (Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Vogüé, Ruoms, Le Puy en Velay, Montélimar, Privas... ). Small corner of nature, very quiet. The bedroom with its sofa bed covers 2 adults.

Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.
