Accommodation with 3 bedrooms, two shower rooms, one with a washing machine, a toilet with a washbasin, living area: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, hob, extractor hood. Living room. Large balcony terrace with 180-degree unobstructed view, round barbecue on site, table, chairs. Towels and Wi-Fi are provided. Swimming pool for an additional twenty euros in the afternoon from 2 pm to 7 pm.

Large and bright 120 m² air-conditioned apartment on the first floor with a private 10 x 4 x 1.40 m swimming pool in a very quiet residential/family-friendly area (please respect the neighbours). It comprises 3 large bedrooms, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a corner sofa, and a terrace overlooking the Coiron plateau. Sheets, bath/swimming pool towels, gloves and tea towels are not provided. We live on site (very discreet for the well-being of our tenants) the ban on outside visitors.

Central location: Gorges de l'Ardèche (about 30 minutes), Mont-Gerbier de Jonc and the source of the Loire (about 45 minutes), Montélimar (30 minutes) and the pretty villages of Coiron (15 minutes)
