“What a little dream! We booked this stay in December thinking it would be a little break after a busy spring season of work, and it ended up being the break we needed from this crazy year instead. They encourage you to just unwind, unplug and relax in their space and that's exactly what we did. It rained the first night and it sounded magical in the treehouse, so relaxing and the best sleep I've had in a long time! The next day was bright and sunny. I ran the trail around the property in the morning, we listened to records, played cornhole, took a nap on the hanging bed, made a pizza, made a bonfire and smores - we never left and it was the best days I had in 2020. Thank you for giving us this little piece of comfort and happiness during such a heavy year. It was unforgettable!”

“My fiancé and I booked a long weekend at Wendi's cabin for a little birthday getaway and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The cabin itself was one of the cutest little places I've ever seen - it was decorated so well and had everything we could have possibly needed! The most memorable part (and our favorite) was the wood cabin smell. The cabin was immaculate and the bed, towels, and robes were all so incredibly comfortable and soft! The screened in porch was to die for, and we definitely made use of the hot tub and grill! The short walk to the private dock was extremely convenient and we spent 90% of our time on the dock, it was so quiet and peaceful! We were able to make use of the kayaks as well, another one of our favorite amenities! In fact, we were not even able to make use of all the available amenities during our time because there were so many - such as having access to the local lodge and pool - another really great perk that we hope to utilize next time! Outside of the cabin itself and its amenities, the host Wendi was without a doubt the sweetest vacation rental host I have ever had! We arrived to a cute little welcome sign on the counter along with birthday cupcakes, a bottle of wine, and a sweet little birthday card! She was very responsive and quick to lend any advice as far as local restaurants, etc. I feel like we made a new friend and we didn't even meet her! If you're looking for a quiet little getaway solo or with your significant other, this is truly the perfect and most relaxing getaway! We will definitely be back and hope to make this a tradition. Thank you Wendi for making this the best possible experience we could have had! :)”

“This is a cute little cabin and was great for our stay. We enjoyed using the canoe and other amenities. The path down to the lake was a little longer than expected but, they made a very nice walkway that we were able to push a stroller up multiple times. If you’re looking for a very quiet getaway, this is it! The only thing that I could think of that would need improvement is the view of the lake from the cabin. But the clearing up of trees might only be able to be done by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Also, if you like fishing, there is an amazing little bluegill bedding area in a secluded spot along the trail. Thank you for our stay!”
