We live in an A-frame house on the east bench of quiet Kaysville with lots of trees, flowers, and a few chickens. Our house is not fancy but it is cozy. Quick access to Highway 89. There's a beautiful 3 hour hike pretty close by that leads up to a waterfall. 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. 30 minutes from Snowbasin ski resort. Our neighborhood is friendly and safe.
“I award Cozy in Kaysville five (out of five) stars, including five (out of five) stars on all survey categories. This is my fifth visit. It is one of my top two choices in SLC metropolitan area. I second the recent review that the value is incredible. The value may break the tie to make this my top choice (among the already excellent choices) in the SLC metropolitan area. This review is based on a total of five stays of five nights’ duration. The proprietors are aware I think highly of their listing. However, I did not have the opportunity to discuss my feedback from this visit prior to printing.”

Can’t wait to host y’all and ensure you have a great stay!!
“I love this place! The host asked if we were celebrating anything and had birthday cupcakes waiting and a banner hanging up! Toiletries were provided, bed was SUPER comfy and the neighborhood was great for waking - just beautiful! Planning on regular trips to the state and will definitely repeat.”
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from winter skiing and summer hiking, boating, shopping, Temple Square events. The light filled basement apartment, where you will stay, has a separate access and locked doors between the homeowner's space and the renter's space. It is available for up to two weeks most of the year. There is also a beautiful yard and sport court. It is best suited for a single, or a couple, or a small family with one or two children.
“If you want to place that feels more like home while you’re away from home and the flexibility of making your own meals and not have the limitations of a hotel or motel this is the place to go to. It lived up to everything and more than I expected. This was my first experience with Airbnb and I will be using it a lot more in the future. Having been previously in the Air Force there at Hill Air Force Base knowing how noisy the Jets can be was never an issue you could hardly ever hear them. Very quiet. I would highly recommend this facility and look forward to trying to use it again.”
