Seafront 4 minutes' walk from the villa. Our cul-de-sac leads to the Espanet crossing which leads to the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, including 1 master suite with beautiful sea views. The 2nd bedroom has a sea view and the 3rd has a garden view. On the ground floor: veranda, kitchen-dining room, music room, book... 2 bathrooms. Garden with sea view and summer kitchen. Our vacation home is in a green setting. I am not on site but I can always be reached, and I can come if needed.

The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a single bed (for children), outdoor space, parking and wifi, swimming pool (which we share with our guests). Cabin in a green setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can do some very nice hiking there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
