Peaceful and pleasant studio; the stone walls keep it cool. We are 5 minutes from O'Gliss and O'Fun Park. Les Sables d'Olonne is 35 minutes away. Close to the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer and Longeville: Conches, Rocher, Clémenceau St Vincent/J, Clémenceau and Vendée Automobile Museums nearby, and Puy du Fou 1 hour away. Suitable for two people, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A car is required for amenities. Parking in front of the house.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.
