The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, canoeing, cycling. The next ski resorts are about one hour drive. We speak English

Two parking spots in the closed and secure courtyard. Ten minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains. Lots of hikes nearby. Shops five minutes away. Bright, pleasant and well-equipped house. Our family home is used as a primary residence. Rentals during periods of non-use are for the sole purpose of keeping this property in the family. The house is located on the edge of Aix-les-Bains. It is dominated by the Bauges massif and is located a few kilometers from Lake Bourget with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Oriented 180° to the west, ideal location for sports and family vacations: cycling, hiking, skiing, swimming, climbing...
