Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
