Villa Bohème 200 m from the sea, beautiful sea view

Seaside, a 4-minute walk from the villa via the Espagnet footbridge. Our holiday home is situated in a peaceful, green setting. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with sea views, including a master suite with a high ceiling, and a 3rd bedroom with a mezzanine overlooking the garden. On the ground floor: 2 bathrooms, conservatory, kitchen-diner, living room for relaxing: piano, books, games, etc. Garden with sea view, summer kitchen. I am not on site, but I am always contactable and can come if needed.

The property has four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom for 8 people, spacious private heated pool (extra charge) in the middle of lush gardens and vineyards on a 3-hectare plot.

10mn walk from the beaches and coves, very close to Brusc and Sanary here is a house that has a lot of charm! With its zen decoration, it encourages relaxation ... Bathed by light , greenery penetrates through indoor plants. A pool basin to cool off in summer opens onto a small country garden. Between sea and bohemian , this house originally named "La galinette" emblematic fish of the Mediterranean, offers you the discovery of a place where it is good to live.

A real slice of heaven. The house, completely renovated, is very spacious (+ garden and terraces). Ideal for 2 to 13 people (all comforts). It is 5 min. from the port, the beach (windsurfing spot, kayaking and other water sports), the departure from the island of Embiez (daily shuttle), and close to all shops, bistros and nice restaurants. Ideal destination for families and children. Weekly market, summer festivals, freshly caught fish for sale on the port...
