Quiet charming house, under the pine trees

Provencal house completely renovated in 2017, 122 m² on the wooded pine heights in La Cadière d'Azur, village with authentic Provencal character. The neighborhood is a peaceful oasis, and the neighbors cherish their tranquility. So no parties and no noise after 10pm. Thank you Secure outdoor pool with magnificent views of the hills, 4.50 m x 7.50 m unheated. Swimming pool not accessible from mid-October until the end of April, May, depending on outdoor temperatures.

Very beautiful atypical house with a stone tower overlooking the plains of the Argens, the Sainte Baume massif, the Sainte Victoire, Mount Aurélien and the mountains of the lower Alps. Its architecture, history and exhibition make it a unique and magical place where you can relax in peace. Charming villa of 100m2 in Le Castellet, nestled in a green setting with small pool and outdoor spaces, views of the mountains and not overlooked. 10min from Bandol beaches and picturesque Provençal villages. Nearby shops within walking distance. The living room, very bright, is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows to live and out. The 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom and toilet. There is air conditioning throughout the villa. Great for holiday!

Large volumes, very bright, located 50 m from the big blue (direct access by stairs), it overlooks a small terraced garden. Large terrace facing the sea. Parking is available directly in front of the house to load your vehicle, and a few meters away for long-term parking (free). During school holidays, weekly bookings are given priority.
