Family Fun at a Trendy Retreat at the Foot of Mont Blanc

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Ski apartment at the foot of the slopes in winter and close to hiking the rest of the year! Very well equipped, 40 m2, renovated in 2020. View of the mountains and farms nearby to pick up your Reblochon fermier! Well located also for exploring the region, next to La Clusaz, 1 hour from Lake Annecy, Chamonix. Electric car charge not taken care of in the rental. Package to be set together according to need. Pets accepted under conditions: exchange during reservation request.

Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

Beautiful ground floor apartment with private terrace in a recent chalet facing the Aravis mountain range. Ideally located in a quiet area, 3 km from the center of the village, access to the ski lifts less than 1 km away with a small parking lot. You must be equipped with snow tires or chains in case of snowfall. From the chalet, there are many walks and hikes on foot or by bike. Bed and bath linens are not included and can be provided for an extra €15/person
