The apartment has a privileged location in winter, 50 m from the ski slopes and the Outalays conveyor belt, as in summer with many hiking departures directly from the residence. ESF and Espace Piou Piou 150 m away in Charmieux. The shopping street of Grand-Bornand Chinaillon is 1 km away. There are many activities throughout the year (hiking, skiing, summer tobogganing, golf, cycling, archery, adventure park, via ferrata...). Lake Annecy is 30 minutes away.

This family accommodation, chalet atmosphere, south-facing, is close to shops and ski access (winter) by public lifts located in front of the residence and hiking (summer). It can accommodate 2 families of 4 people, each with their own bathroom. To relax, the condominium's swimming pool is accessible summer/winter as well as the sauna (private lot for our 2 apartments). No need to use your car, access on foot or by shuttle bus to the shops.
