Cycling and mountain biking friends, our vacation rental is ideally located at the foot of the Grand site du Puy Mary, about 15 km from the Pas de Peyrol pass via the Serre pass. At an altitude of 1,200 metres, on a ridge in the middle of the volcanic Cantal mountains, you wake up to the sound of cows mooing and birds singing. No traffic noise — just open air and a sweeping view over the valley. From the house, you can step directly onto hiking trails towards the Puy Mary. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with box spring beds and a pellet stove for the cool mountain evenings. Ideal for those who really want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

For lovers of nature and wide open spaces, this is the perfect place as a starting point to enjoy the mountain.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful corner at the foot of the mountains, close to Puy Mary, the Super Lioran ski resort, you will discover this small house, with a garden level, a kitchen equipped with fridge, hob, hood, upstairs a small sitting area and on the top floor a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a small 90x190 bed. Linens and towels are not provided. Housekeeping is not included.
