A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Welcome! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who moved to the green heart of France in late 2020. We speak some French, also English and our mother tongue German. We invite you to discover the calm and charm of our new region, the Auvergne. In our house you will find a rustic vegetable garden, Vietnamese pigs and ancient chickens. There are also two cats, rabbits and numerous ducks. We invite you to taste our vegetables and eggs. See you soon! :)

L'Escal Evasion est situé à Auzances dans la Creuse.Vous bénéficierez gratuitement de la connexion Wi-Fi et d'un parking sur place gratuit. Les logements comprennent une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bains privative pourvue d'une douche à l'italienne ainsi q'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un micro-onde et une machine à café. Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Le Monticule: heaven at your feet

The gite is a detached, authentic cottage with its own entrance and private terrace and a fantastic view over the Creuse landscape. The terrace is high with undisturbed views of the sunset and spectacular cloudy skies. Very quiet location on a dead-end road. Wonderful place to recover for a week from everyday hustle and bustle, a weekend of cocooning or a comfortable stay while looking for your own home in France.

Dog friendly gîte. No additional costs are charged for a pet. The gîte has a 2-person bed, a kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, small oven, 4 burner stove, hood and electric heaters. Shower and toilet are accessible from the outside through the covered porch with woodburner. From the gîte you can walk to the forest and walk there for hours, with or without your dog. Bookings for 1 night on request.
