Single storey house with a large terrace (about 50m2) offering a magnificent sea view. It is very well located, on a quiet street and with free parking available. Several beaches are accessible in a few min. walk (Porsliogan, Portez, Bilou). The city center with all the necessary shops and restaurants is a few min. walk away. Meals can be enjoyed in front of a magnificent view of the Iroise Sea and the Pointe St Mathieu lighthouse.
