40 m2 duplex, completely renovated ❤️ and fully equipped. The sea view is mesmerizing... You will be 2 minutes from the coves, the Esterel is accessible from the residence. South West exposure with unforgettable sunset... 20m2 terrace and garden in restanques. Sea view swimming pool 1 minute away, from June to September. 2 cozy bedrooms with new and comfortable bedding, a living room with open kitchen, TV, fiber WiFi. We imagined this haven of peace for us and for you 🌞

VERY NICE APARTMENT WITH VIEWS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN

Very nice apartment 5 people on the ground floor with terrace, located in the quiet part of the CAP ESTEREL residence. Close to the sea, 100 m from the shopping street and all activities. The residence is a holiday village (open from April to Oct) offering all Club activities (entertainment, children's clubs, spa, circus school, 5 Pools, Tennis, Golf ...). Closed parking is included with access to activities. The terrace has a splendid view of the sea and the Esterel.

[Rare] Full view of the sea and beach at the end of the garden

Nestled in the heart of Esterel the "Plage de Léontine" is an apartment renovated in 2025. The beach is at the end of the garden. Amazing sea views, you'll see it from the couch or from the terrace:-) The apartment has its garden and is in direct proximity to the beach (right in front of the garden), all shops and activities. You won't need your car. The small train station of Agay will allow you to get around very easily. Calm accommodation and relaxing holidays!

In a gated community, on the 2nd and last floor, charming 20 sqm cabin studio refurbished. The air conditioning has just been installed. Very functional by its equipped kitchen and sofa bed 140. It also consists of a sleeping area with two 90 bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Terrace with the freshness of the hot summer evenings! Private parking space (14). A very nice beach awaits you at 150m. shops nearby. DRAMONT Beach 800m away
