Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated cottage located in Notre Dame de Riez. This 40 m2 independent accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located in a quiet area and close to the sea, the beach is a 15-minute drive away and the city center of Notre-Dame-de-Riez is less than 1 km away. Bed and bath linens are not included in the booking but can be provided upon request at a price of €10. For your parking, a large space is available in front of the house.

It is for 3 people (ideally 2 adults + one child). The bedroom consists of a double bed of 140 x 190 and a mezzanine with a mattress of 140 x 190 (watch your head! Not suitable for an adult) prohibited for children under 6 years of age for their safety. 2 bikes available
