The old stone house has been all rebuilt in 2022. It is located in Le Grand Village Plage on Oléron Island. Old salt pan at 100m, forest at 400m et the wild beach of Les Allassins is 1km by foot or bike on the cycle track. This house offers all necessary equipment to spend a nice and confortable holiday time: 2 bedrooms, a mini terrasse, a full equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with an Italian shower. 2 stars in the French tourist accreditation. Perfect for a family of 4 to 5. Welcome

Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September).
