Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Elegant apartment 5 meters from the sea

L'appartamento, situato a Le Grazie nel complesso storico del Convento degli Olivetani, è completamente ristrutturato, arricchito con splendidi soffitti finemente affrescati e pavimenti in graniglia sapientemente lucidati risalenti ai primi del 1900. Si trova sul mare a 5 m dalla spiaggia; dal terrazzo della sala e da alcune finestre si può ammirare una stupenda vista sulla baia delle Grazie. Appartamento di 93 mq si trova su un unico livello al 1° e ultimo piano ed è dotato di tutti i comfort

Happy Betti is located on the first floor in a courtyard in the historic center in the old port area. The central location allows you to reach bathing beaches and the vaporetto dock for Portovenere or Palmaria Island (available from July and throughout August) in a few steps. A few meters from shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket and dinghy rental. The apartment is equipped with complete linens. The kitchen is equipped for your needs: oil, salt, coffee, tea, herbal teas, detergents.

CasaAmare si trova sul Lungomare di Le Grazie, frazione di Portovenere. Pur non essendo affacciata direttamente sul mare, la breve distanza che la separa da esso, permette di cogliere tutte le sfumature, i profumi e il rumore che solo il mare sa regalare. Il paese di Le Grazie dista circa 15 min di auto dal centro di La Spezia, è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici che permettono di raggiungere facilmente anche Portovenere distante 3 km circa e raggiungibile a piedi in mezz'ora circa.

La terrazza e le finestre della casa, consentono una vista dall’alto dell’insenatura di Le Grazie, chiusa alla sua destra dal verde del monte Muzzerone Sarete sul mare, con un occhio rivolto anche alla bellezza delle colline che circondano il nostro grazioso paese.
