Son emplacement,idéal, à côté des boulevards, du centre ville et cependant un havre de paix.Il est exposé plein ouest d'ou une belle luminosité, jolie vue sur la nature. Côté chambre, literie en 160 ,confortable et de qualité. Place de parking.Beau balcon .Superficie 42m2. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

L’appartement de plein pied est adjacent à notre maison , il possède une terrasse indépendante . Pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte et une chambre. La piscine chauffée est à partager avec nous quand nous sommes présents . Le logement se situe à 10min en voiture de l’aéroport , à 5 min de la rocade , 10 min du palais des congrès et du stade matmut . Les plages océanes sont à 45 minutes et non loin des châteaux viticoles et de la route du vin . Vous serez à 20 min du centre ville de bordeaux.

Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.
