Located 10 minutes from CROLLES (ST and SOITEC) 30 minutes from GRENOBLE and CHAMBERY, 20 minutes from the paragliding site of St Hilaire du Touvet, 30 minutes to the ski resorts of Les 7 Laux, Le Collet d'Allevard, the Allevard thermal spa. Restaurants in the village, supermarket, bus, train station, highway. Château du Mollard, Château du Touvet, GMK room, Bresson room, children's playground nearby.

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Quiet location with many hiking trails and other sports activities (mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, caving, skiing...) Free access to private hot tub. Heated all year round to 37°. Wood stove with logs available. 10 min drive to the small family resort of Col de Marcieu. 40 minutes from 7 Laux.

Nearby, a magnificent butcher/delicatessen/caterer will introduce you to local specialties...

In the Alps, in Savoy, 15 km from the center of Chambery, in the Bauges mountain range, at the end of the Chemin de La Bas in an enchanting environment for lovers of calm, serenity and permaculture. Authentic Mongolian yurt near our house, with its large equipped wooden terrace, in the middle of our garden-forest. Dry toilet near the yurt. Water point and solar shower under the trees. In winter, the yurt is heated with wood (Jotul stove), wood provided.

La Grange, relaxation and dream view (jacuzzi)

Come and stay in this magnificent renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, calm and a very special holiday, with a heavenly view! A touch of Provence in the Chartreuse, in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I have a booking so that you can have it to yourselves. You therefore have access to the whole house except for my bedroom and my garage. However, I do leave my cats, Roxy and Gribouille, behind.
