Bottom of villa, 4-person apartment, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, covered wooden terrace (not enclosed) equipped with a sofa, table and chairs, garden and pétanque area. Toilet/shower access from the outside. No living room. Beautiful St Clair beach 600 m away, you can get everywhere on foot. Supermarket and typical bar nearby.
