Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Lavandou

Friendly stay and friendly and accommodating host for our arrival, very nice house.

We spent a lovely week at Basile’s beautiful home and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The lovely terrace with a great view are definitely the icing on the cake. Basile was very helpful and had terrific recommendations on things to do. Would definitely stay there again

This is a fantastic home. Rightly a small paradise. Both inside and outside. The house is nicely furnished. Natural materials. A well-equipped kitchen. Good air conditioning in all area. Outside is fantastic too. A lovely swimming pool. Lots of places to relax in sun or shade. A nice bbq/plancha. The Jacuzzi is also a super experience due to the atmospheric light and the view. Nearby are many nice villages to visit. Or Nice (30min). Bruno and Virginie are super friendly hosts. Respond quickly. We warmly recommend this accommodation.

Our vacation went wonderfully well thanks to Vianney's good welcome in addition to our dog was accepted with pleasure ( the land is very well fenced ) We recommend this host

A beautiful place, a spacious house for our two families (8 people), and especially a terrace with a breathtaking view! A perfect stay lived with Thierry, who knows how to be available and accommodating. In addition, the house and garden are very clean and well maintained. You just have to bring a minimum of care to the hot tub if you spend more than 3 days there (2 treatment tablets in the week + a sponge on the edges after the bath) but it doesn't cost time, and the view from the hot tub alone deserves to take the option! The equipment of the house is very complete, and for small shopping it does not even take 5 minutes to walk to the shops of the village. Motorway less than 10 min, and 1h15 from Monaco or St-Tropez by car (in spring). An experience to relive for sure!

Sweet little cottage. Very well located on a vineyard that produces excellent rosé wines. The house, especially the kitchen, is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We cooked every night. The seating in front of the house is very comfortable. We found the path to the beach through the great scenery particularly impressive. The beach itself is beautiful. Many thanks to Alain for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house! We stayed a week with our friends. The kids played great thanks to the spacious spaces. The house is equipped with everything and the owners were very nice and attentive.

We had a great day in Aix. Everything was close to the apartment on foot. The street is very quiet and there are many services nearby (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, shops...). Apparently very pleasant and bright. And the decor is nice. The kitchen is well arranged and there is everything you need to prepare small convivial meals. Even the details of the coffee capsules to our stop! Impeccable sheets and towels. Very comfortable beds (a nice surprise the double bed so wide). The cleanliness of the apartment was irreproachable, which we especially liked. You have to walk up to the fourth floor, but it also serves as a little sport! Apartment to be reccomandered without a second thought!

Instructions are clear. We didn't meet the owners in person but communication was good and quick. The stay is exactly as described. It has a nice and wide balcony with a beautiful view. Kitchen is sufficiently furnished, bathroom with shower is good, toilet part is tight, for the larger people among us. The garage is a real plus, even a somewhat larger car ( almost 2 meters wide) just fits in. Surroundings are beautiful, on Tuesday morning you have a market in front of the door. More than enough restaurants, across the street a nice beach club/restaurant. Please note if you have difficulty walking, you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. We can recommend this stay without any doubt.

Magnificent ! Nicolas’ appartment is a jewel right in the center of Aix. Surrounded by beautiful art centers and charming streets, it is really an amazing place. I have no doubt I will come back . Nicolas is a great host , very responsive.

Great apartment, great location, tastefully decorated. Ideal for our small family of 4. The balcony and private parking space are a real plus! Anne is very friendly and accommodating. I recommend it without hesitating and will be happy to come back for a week of good weather 🙂

A proper home. Wonderful, spacious apartment. Beautiful shutters that allowed a cool through breeze. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable beds! And a very thoughtful and generous host. So lovely, she left a delicious bag of baby cakes for our toddler upon arrival, alongside milk, butter, bread and other goodies.

Christophe and his wife are such a super host! Everything was perfect and on the contrary, it exceeded expectations! Very comfortable apartment, with everything you need, the exterior is also really nice and very comfortable to relax and have your own relaxing space. We also really appreciated the possibility of having private parking on the property. The area is very quiet, up the hill, but within walking distance there is everything you need without having to take the car. It takes a maximum of a 10-minute walk to the city center...and the return walk helps you digest the specialties enjoyed in the pedestrian area. Christophe has suggested good restaurants where you can taste good typical dishes. If we go back to Cannes, we'll definitely go back to Christophe! We highly recommend it!!

They're incredibly kind and helpful hosts. The place is very nice and clean. They were great with us so we will definitely come back to their home if we go back to the area.

The accommodation matched the description exactly. A very warm house with furniture and decoration. Very nice place despite being in November. Overall we had a nice stay.

The place is even prettier than the photo. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen functional. The gardens are well maintained, the views are superb. We were able to play pétanque on a field downstairs in the sun ☀️ the pool has 29 degrees was a plus, and the sauna too! The place is quiet, Nadia was very helpful! We recommend this place for a family time

I booked the villa for a holiday with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived on site as the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times above what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING YOU need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb or these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are big and with plenty of storage. The villa is very spaced which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on all floors are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space is just perfect! The outdoor bar totally seduced us and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong... A big thank you for a wonderful stay! Manon and her friends.

A perfect escape for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed Marie’s house. Our kids (5 & 8) loved the garden and pool. Highly recommended!

I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. Car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

An amazing AirBnB in beautiful surroundings. Very well-equipped kitchen, warm swimming pool and just 10/10 all around. The many bathrooms and showers were great for our group of 11! Merci!

Beautiful house located on the heights of Agay in a dream environment: cork oaks, eucalyptus, bay trees etc. Nice pool very nice during the heatwave!!! Very comfortable accommodation for 6 people, well-equipped kitchen, large fridge. Caution! No air conditioning! Walking distance to Agay Beach in 15/20 minutes. Very good communication with Alexandre. We had a great week.

The accommodation is basic but fine, nice beds!, ample supply of wood for the BBQ and fireplace. The garden and immediate surroundings are really beautiful!! Potty tennis, nice swimming and very friendly reception. In addition, plenty to do in the area. In short, had a great stay.
